Your quintessential butcher block board, heavy duty for everyday chopping. These are big and beautiful, measuring at 18 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches, and at 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 inches. The 18 1/2 has two knots, and the 17 1/4 has one small knot, giving each a little character. Every kitchen needs one of these babies. Made from salvaged maple gathered from the Aardvark Interiors woodshop in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
