Limited Edition- Myrtle Herb Strippers

25.00

A special round of splashy, striped herb strippers, just one of each shape available. I made these from salvaged myrtle, a tree that grows wild in the Pacific Northwest, which I picked up in Portland at Goby Walnut & Western Hardwood. They specialize in urban salvage slabs and are so worth a visit! Myrtle not only is beautiful in its golden color and honey striping, but it has a unique, umami-like smell.

Use this tool to save time in the kitchen. Each piece has five hole sizes to quickly remove leaves from various herbs. In the last picture, shapes are listed clockwise beginning with top left: Bean, Triangle, Hungry Human, Setting Sun.

Each measures from 3-4 inches at longest.

*allergy note, finished with walnut oil.
