These hand carved salad servers are made from a recycled bamboo cutting board. Bamboo has one of the best strength to weight ratios on earth so these tools are both light and strong. I'd never worked with bamboo before, and it polished easily to a very, very smooth, silky finish. The warm, blonde color is classically beautiful. Set includes a salad fork and salad spoon. Two sets are available.*
