This marbled, triangular board is made from salvaged spalted maple sourced from Tri-Lox Millworks in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The grain is incredible on this board and it's one of my last pieces of this stock. A note, the wood is a little softer than traditional maple, so I recommend it for serving rather than for heavy chopping.*
Measures 18 x 8 1/2 inches at the widest, 7/8 inches thick.
*allergy note: finished with walnut oil.
