This board's here to stay. Its organic handle complements its polygonal body for a surprising, playful effect. This large board is perfect for both chopping and serving. I recommend cutting on one side, and flipping the board to serve.
The walnut boards are made from salvaged walnut sourced from Tri-Lox Reclaimed Millworks, and have a truly technicolor grain. Look closely and you'll see the whole color spectrum. The hard maple boards are made from fragment maple, sourced from a woodshop in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
Board measures 19 inches by 9 inches at widest. Walnut boards are 5/8" thick, Maple are 3/4".
